Admin Workflow
Use Culture Pulse when the issue is wider than one leader or one team. The flow is the same as the other IMPACT tools: create link, collect submissions, choose organization, read report, decide next tool.

2. Watch live dataThe report updates when respondents submit. Use filters only when you need a deeper cut.
3. Decide actionUse the report's recommended diagnostic to connect Culture Pulse with TLP, 360, TeamPulse, or TNA.

Use this section when you want to send Culture Pulse to a client or department. One link can be shared with many respondents.
